This year the Legionaires 9U team competed in the AA bracket of August Madness. In round one matched up against Ajax and East York, the Legionaires came away with a 5-1 record in the triple round-robin to advance to the championship bracket.

Just before the start of the Championship Bracket, the Legionaires suffered a season-ending to a key player and his loss was felt throughout the round. Playing Ajax, Mississauga Majors and Brampton, the Legionaires finished the round with a 2-4 record for a 3rd place finish.

The team improved tremendously throughout the season, and to finish third in the province was a great accomplishment for the team. The coaching staff and parents are extremely proud of all the players and their accomplishment of playing for a provincial championship.
