Message from Baseball Ontario
In 2020, Baseball Ontario asked its membership to sign a petition to amend the limit of leagues of 50 players. We had over 3,500 members sign! This year we believe it is even more important to let the government know we want to get back to baseball--a safe, socially distanced outdoor sport!

Please sign our new petition that addresses two areas: the restriction on all outdoor sport, and the bubbles of 50 players.

The Toronto Board of Health, The Canadian Paediatric Society and the Ontario Medical Association are all calling for the Ontario government to reopen outdoor sports! If you agree, please sign our petition!

Sign the Petition Now!

Please submit your response by May 16th!

On Monday, we will send the petition along with a letter to the Premier and the Minister for Heritage, Sport, Tourism, and Culture renewing our plea to let us get back to baseball now!

To:  Premier Ford and the Government of Ontario

The undersigned demand that:

That the Government of Ontario reopen outdoor sports, including baseball, as soon as possible;

And That the Government of Ontario change the Rules for Areas in Stage 3, O. Reg. 364/20, by deleting paragraph 8(1)8. of Schedule 2 or otherwise amending it so that outdoor team sports are not limited to leagues of only 50 players.
