Our 2024 House League Rules are below. There are no changes for 2025, except that chin guards are acceptable for use on helmets (in lieu of chin straps) provided they are from the same manufacturer and the proper piece for the helmet model.

We aim to ensure that participants have a consistent understanding of our rules. It is essential that coaches, players and umpires (where applicable) abide by these rules.
